Very Poor
What's Not Good: We were abandoned at Kempty Falls for nearly an hour. The driver vanished and stopped picking calls. Even the company and the car owner couldn’t reach him. Later, the driver de (Read More)manded money mid-way through the trip and threatened to drop us if we didn’t pay. Country Travel Point is a scam.

What's Good: A friend of mine travelled to Simla with his family on a three day package through country travel point and it was coordinated by Mrs. Anita . The trip was a memorable experience (Read More) . The coordination by Anita was proper and prompt her responses are truly appreciated. They enjoyed the trip well. The driver Mr. Pawan has been very supportive and accommodative. Food at the hotel was good though the variety was limited. Only dissatisfaction was with the hotel Sathyam Grand.We were told that it was a three star hotel but there was no basic amenities like lift, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Also the hotel is away from the city centre and to buy anything we need to go into the city and nothing is available in the nearby vicinity of this hotel.

What's Good: One thing I liked about country travel point was that they trusted me and did not force me for money saying they needed it immediately.
What's Not Good: I had a package f (Read More)or Manali from 13-18 may 2025. There was no transparency in things, the package amount was less but after reaching the place it seemed more than what was charged. The driver was being arbitrary, the places and things mentioned in the package were not followed.I had taken this package from Harsha mam but her arrogance spoiled the entire trip.

What's Good: Every thing is well organised. Hotels is very good, clean and food is also good. Hotel Naddi hill is spacious with a great view of the mountain and sunset can be seen from the ro (Read More)om balcony . Hotels is clean staff are helpful. Car provided is also very good in condition. Ms. Manisha (representative) constant in touch with us from the day we booked as well as during journey and very helpful to make perfect itenary. Also she helped to choose perfect room and hotel.

What's Good: I had booked a family trip to Dalhousie and Dharmasala last week of March 25. The trip was really good. All the arrangements made by Ms Manisha was superb. The driver ( Rohit) was (Read More)a really wonderful person. He guided us throughout the trip. We enjoyed a lot.

My trip to Manali was an unforgettable experience. The scenic beauty of the mountains, lush greenery, and snow-capped peaks was breathtaking. The wea (Read More)ther was perfect — cool and refreshing, making it ideal for sightseeing and outdoor activities.
I thoroughly enjoyed visiting places like Solang Valley, and the local markets. well-organized. The hospitality at the hotel was warm, and the food was delicious, especially the local Himachali dishes.
Overall, it was a well-planned and refreshing getaway. I would highly recommend Manali to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and natural beauty.

Worst experience I have faced, during Manali trip, they have no control over vehicle owner, they will talk very sw (Read More)eetly while booking for any trip. When you will face any problem then they will talk very rudely. Pradeep Sharma and Kajal Sharma is not capable in managing your trip. Their driver has stopped on the way while returning from Manali trip due to payment issue of Vehicle owner from Country travel point Pradeep Sharma . They don't give payment to vehicle owner and Driver will create many problems.

We booked the trip to dharamshala, Dalhousie n Amritsar with country travel point coordinated by Harsha mam....iternity was good ....great coordination was done .... Except the hotel at mcleodganj all (Read More) hotels were nice....cab driver was very helpful....the trip was very nice and thanks to Harsha mam for coordinating throughout the journey

Please not taking any services from country travel point, ye aapse dadagiri se paise lenge, aur aapko jo services batayenge wo nh denge aap kuch kahenge to aapke sath maar peet bhi kar sakte hai, thi (Read More)s is my request not taking any services from this company. I will share pics also, ki ye kya karte hai, kaise logo ko bewakoof banate hai aur inke sath ek hotel wale hai (The Elena Hotel) ye bhi samil hai. Pls in logo se bacho

The Hotel they give us is very good but they told that the pickup and drop location is anywhere in Delhi according to u and i told them a pickup location. But on the meantime at 6 o clock morning driv (Read More)er told me to come
jahangirpuri metro station which was 45 km distance from my actual Distance. When i call the travel agency the phone number is switched off and the end day i.e when the trip end he (cab Driver) again drop us at jahangiripuri metro station. And the cab driver doesn’t take us to local sides of Dalhousie like market, the famous Chruchs and subash baoli etc. Because of him we can’t explore Dalhousie. this was very worst experience. The main thing is I call the travel agency on 3rd day and tell everything about this but she tell me i wil talk with the driver and after some time i will call u back but she didn’t do that.
