Day 1 Delhi to Kullu Manali by Cab
- Arrive in Delhi and meet our representative.
- Drive to Kullu, visiting the following attractions along the way:
- Sundar Nagar Lake
- Pandoh Dam
- Vaishno Devi Temple
- Check into the hotel in Manali for an overnight stay, including dinner.
Day 2 Kullu Manali Local Sightseeing by Cab
- After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing in Manali, including:
- Hidimba Devi Temple
- Vashisht
- Tibetan Monasteries
- Van Vihar
- Club House
- Siyali Mahadev Temple
- Return to the hotel for an overnight stay, including dinner.
Day 3 Manali – Solang Valley (Rohtang Pass by Own) Sightseeing by Cab
- After breakfast, visit Solang Valley for adventure activities such as skiing, paragliding, and zorbing.

Day 4 Manali – Kullu Valley to Delhi Drop by Cab

- Airfare or train fare.
- Cab service for 3 days and 2 Volvo tickets (Delhi to Shimla and Shimla to Delhi).
- Inclusive of all taxes (Parking, Toll Tax, Luxury Tax, Government Service Tax, Green Tax, Fuel Expenses, and Driver Expenses).

- Any personal expenses (laundry, shopping, tips, etc.)

- This package includes a comprehensive tour of Kullu and Manali, featuring local sightseeing and adventure activities.
- Note: Air conditioning will not function in hilly areas.
- Booking Confirmation:
- To confirm your package, you need to deposit only 30% of the payment into our company account provided below and receive your booking voucher.
- Please email a screenshot of the payment method used for the advance payment.
- Important Notes:
- The package can be altered or changed according to the customer?s requirements or interests, if possible (subject to availability).
- The hotel check-out time is 12:00 PM, and the check-in time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability.
- We may reschedule sightseeing days based on weather conditions to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
- We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
- Although Himachal Pradesh has been experiencing significant tourist growth, the facilities available cannot be compared to those in cities and other developed destinations.
- Child Policy:
- Children below 5 years are complimentary in their parent's room without an extra bed. (Milk and food for infants or children below 5 years are chargeable and require direct payment at the hotel.)
- Prepone and Postpone:
- Requests to postpone or prepone tour packages must be communicated in writing and need to be informed at least 30 days prior to the tour date.
- INR 3000/- will be charged extra for prepone/postpone requests.
- Amendments / Cancellations:
- If the client wishes to amend or cancel his/her booking for any reason, including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons, including non-payment of the balance payment, the company is entitled to recover cancellation charges from the client.
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing, and the advance amount is non-refundable. In addition to the forfeiture of the deposit amount for the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will incur a processing fee of Rs. 4,000 per room or 40% of the total package, whichever is higher.
- Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before the start date will incur a retention charge of 35% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before the start date will incur a retention charge of 50% of the tour cost.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of the start date will incur a retention charge of the entire tour cost.
- The above policy may vary during peak and off-peak seasons; any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in, based on the category of room specified on your confirmation voucher.
- No refund shall be claimed if the services and amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations; this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
