I recently interacted with Mr. Rakesh from Bookviaus for my international travel planning, and it was honestly such a pleasant experience. He is incredibly humble, patient, and very easy to talk to. T (Read More)he way he explained everything — the itinerary, the cruise options, the pricing, the small details — showed how much effort he puts into making things clear and comfortable for his customers. What I liked most about Rakesh ji is his honest and helpful nature. Not once did he push me or try to “sell” anything. Instead, he always gave suggestions that were genuinely in my best interest. Even when I kept going back and forth with changes, he handled everything calmly and respectfully. Rarely do you find someone who mixes professionalism with such a warm human touch. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I couldn’t finalise the trip this time. But I really wanted to acknowledge the amount of support he provided throughout. I truly appreciate how sincere and patient he was. If anyone is planning a trip and wants someone trustworthy, kind, and genuinely supportive, I would definitely recommend Mr. Rakesh and Bookviaus.
