My experience with Book travel was excellent! They provided the best itinerary for my trip at a very reasonable price and their customer support team ensured everything was perfectly arranged. Overall (Read More), I’m really happy with the service and will definitely be booking with them again! We had to wait about 15-30 minutes for the cab driver to arrive since we reached the destination at 4 a.m., but once we got going, he made sure to cover all the destinations on time.

I appreciate the weekend communication over the call, but it does take up quite a bit of time. Try to manage this more efficiently.The team failed to inform us about a landslide that happened a month (Read More)ago, only notifying us a day before our arrival. This forced us to take a much longer route, for which they charged an additional ₹3,000. Additionally, they booked the steam engine toy train a month in advance, the trains had been canceled from the day after our booking, and they did not inform us until we reached the station, causing us to miss the opportunity to ride it. While we received a refund, the poor communication and late notifications were disappointing, especially for such a highly anticipated part of our trip.

When we were scratching our head searching for best hotels for 7 days Rajasthan trip, we got in touch with Book N Travel through a common friend.
