Our overall experience with Best Escape was absolutely awesome. We compared prices with 5 different travel agents, and Best Escape offered us the most competitive fares, along with smooth and flexible (Read More) payment terms. Right from the beginning, the experience was very well managed. We received proper updates before the trip, and the visa application was handled smoothly, even though it was completed just a week before our departure. They also took care of the pre-arrival form, which helped ensure a smooth immigration process. A day before the tour, they created a WhatsApp group with the tour guides and the person in charge of our entire trip, which made communication extremely easy throughout the holiday. Coming to the actual trip — everything was very well planned. Our airport transfer was excellent. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was waiting at the arrival gate with a board displaying our name, making it very easy to locate him. We had activities planned for 5 out of our 6 days, and everything was organized very efficiently. The schedules, transfers and activities were coordinated extremely well, allowing us to simply enjoy our holiday without worrying about the logistics. A special thanks to Pramod from Best Escape for successfully arranging our entire tour and making it such a hassle-free experience. A very special mention also goes to Linh, our tour in-charge in Vietnam. She was incredibly helpful and proactive throughout the trip. She regularly updated us with all the important details, including the driver's name, car number, mobile number, pickup time, activity timings and instructions on what we needed to do. Her attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence and made the entire trip very smooth. Also thanks to Marco who was our person incharge for The 4 island tour. He managed to get us clicked some wonderful pics (one attached) and video free of cost. Also my wife left her iphone in the tour bus and we were not aware, he upfrontly called us within 10 mins and then came on the bike with the phone to return it to us. We travelled with our family, and thanks to the excellent planning and support from the team, we had a wonderful experience and came back with loads of beautiful memories. Thank you Best Escape, Pramod, Linh and Marco for making our Vietnam trip so memorable. Highly appreciated! ❤️✈️🇻🇳
