We had an incredible 6 Nights, 7 Days Bali trip with Befikre Ghumo, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Mr. Deepak Sharma for his exceptional support and coordination. He was always available to answer our queries, guided us throughout the planning process, and ensured that everything went exactly as planned. His professionalism and prompt assistance made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly had a memorable Bali honeymoon trip and highly recommend Befikre Ghumo to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy travel agency. I had a very disappointing experience with Befikre Ghumo. Their trip planning was poorly managed from start to finish. The accommodation provided was at inconvenient locations and did not match what w (Read More)as expected, which caused unnecessary stress during the trip. Their customer service was equally frustrating. I dealt with an employee named Deepak Sharma, and my experience with him was unprofessional and unpleasant. Instead of resolving issues, I received repeated calls that were more pressuring than helpful. Another major concern was the lack of transparency regarding the TCS certificate. Despite assurances, I did not receive the complete documentation I expected, which created additional inconvenience. Overall, I found the company to be poorly organized and unreliable. I would recommend that anyone considering booking with Befikre Ghumo carefully verify all promises in writing before making any payment.

I planned my trip for Bali for 7d/6n Deepak helped me with everything. He was so patient to clarify my every doubt. I got the plan so much personalised from choosing the hotels, places to visit, etc (Read More). All documents were properly arranged and no gaps left in the clearance at every step. In Bali, the driver was so patient and on time for all 7 days. It was so well planned. In Nusa penida, another driver was arranged and he too managed everything so smooth. Thanks Deepak for making this trip so smooth. 🫡

We recently travelled to Bali through this travel agent, and the experience was really smooth and well taken care of. From the beginning till the end of the trip, they were always just a call away whe (Read More)never we needed any help or faced even a small issue. Everything was properly arranged, and we felt well supported throughout the journey. A special mention to the driver they provided—he was extremely helpful, polite, and made our travel around Bali very comfortable. He knew the routes well and always ensured we reached our destinations safely and on time. Overall, their support and service made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip.
