It was very bad experience with Graphhene Holidays. they are very bad in providing services. I suggest that don't take any service from them. I want to give rating in minus stars but its not possible (Read More)othervise i will give -5 star for rating. We booked a package for jaipur from graphhene holidays and contact person name was vikas. He offer a package in 21000 and then when we reached at hotel there were some mistake from graphhen holidays in booking hotel that's why our 2 hours waste on reception at that hotel and then after they asked us for more ruppes. and we tell we don't want to take your service anymore then they said that we don't refund your advance payment. and said that do whatever you want but refund will not proceed and you have no option rather than pay extra amount on our package. I suggest everyone once again don't take service from them they are very irresponsible.

• Trip to Dalhousie

Thank you Graphhene Holidays for providing me a good package, everything was ready in time starting from pickup at Pathankot till drop back at the Pathankot station. Hotels stays, food, services were (Read More)very good and driver and car also very Comfortable. Thank you for Providing a good package at reasonable price too. Our experience was awesome with zero hassle, while it was our first travel. Thanks Miss Khushi and Graphhene Holidays.
