Worst experience ever had . Unprofessional people and Unprofessional behaviour , They are just to take funds from people. On 1st Feb trip was planned from Mumbai to Bali . On 1st Feb 11:30am agent Rav (Read More)i called and informed trip is cancelled as Flight is cancelled and when we check flight schedule it was available on time. Harman senior called and informed that he will reimburse entire amount and post that he didnt respond on call and till 15days Post that he committed amount will refunded before Feb month end and again borrowe time till 15march and started avoiding calls . I called him on 17th March he texted that it will take 2more days and Post that least bothered to revert or respond call.

Dear sir your flight was on special fare which got cancelled one day before only and we informed you to take your trip after 2days even we offer you hotel in the city where you were for your flights t (Read More)o Vietnam but you denied and after 02hrs we said you that we will give you some other flight on same day you can travel but you denied at that point also and said you did not want to travel now so we said we will give you full refund which you have paid although we paid for your VISAS also which you got. We are really sorry for delay in your refund but we never denied for your refund we got your refund in credit shell of Airlines and Supplier which we can use in our another booking although you need all the refund in your account which we are arranging so that's why it is taking time.

The trip for Dubai was arranged by Avidfly Vacations. Mr Sahil coordinated with out most professionalism and we enjoyed the vacation in a excellent way. The hotel Hues Boutique, Dubai was very nice w (Read More)ith nice food and comfortable staying alongwith well behaved staff. The vehicles provided were new and high class . The tour was at par with the itenary. Thanks Sahil and his team for managing the remarkable trip. Looking forward for Avidfly for our future ventures.

The trip was arranged beautifully. We are adults but had no problem in travelling to foreign country alone without our children as everything arranged so good. I also recommend my friends and family m (Read More)embers to avail their services
Horrid Dubai Trip

Very very bad experience . They suddenly cancelled our hotel for 29th and 30th December . We had to book hotels at super premium prices at the last moment being new year time . Also their owner told m (Read More)e that these things happens and they are not responsible for the same . They refunded the money of the cancelled booking in Feb 2023 almost after 2 months and multiple follow ups .

We appreciate your feedback and once again apologize you faced problem but request you tell clear picture .As your booking cancelled by hotel due to overbookings same we informed you and (Read More)we compensate as well and moreover give you full refund for that ,most of companies not even bother to inform their clients but we well informed you almost 15 to 20 days prior we fought with hotel reservation for same but in last we compensate everything and refunded your money yes it took more than month as we got refund from hotel ,there are lots of parameters we need to follow to give cash refund .Moreover apart from hotel part all other things are delivered as committed and you are well satisfied now after 7 months of travel you shared this feedback.
