I had a very good experience overall. Sonia was incredibly helpful in crafting the perfect itinerary tailored to our needs, offering honest feedback and thoughtful recommendations for attractions. The hotel choices were spot on—offering the right mix of comfort and luxury—and the food quality met my expectations.
