I had booked 4 nights 5 days tour for 2 adults to visit Kerala starting from 14th March 2020 through AERA TRIP INDIA PVT LTD (ref:. Kerala Vacation for Mr. Kumar||4N 5D|| ) Against total cost of Rs (Read More)24800/-, Rs 15000 /- were paid in two instalments as under:
-on 03.02.2020. Rs 5000
(UTR CBINH 20034793580)
-. on 29.02.2020. Rs 10000
(UTR CBINH 20060699968)
Rest amount of.Rs 9800/ - was to be paid on 10.03.2020.
Whole conversation was being done on whatsapp account of Mr Ranjan Mahajan from Delhi office and updates were being received through him, in view of Corona covid 19 pendemic which was in initial stage of its arrival in the state.
Finally on 13th March 2020 Mr Mahajan confirmed that
"its all cancelled as of now"
and he further confirmed that
"we will reshedule in OCT as per ur dates"
Situation in Kerala is still critical and there is no hope for normal conditions for further several months .
I have. every proof.
I requested to refund me Rs 15000/- paid as advance as mentioned above.
Neither Mr Mahajan nor company has responded to my message or mail. No number is working.
We had an opportunity to plan our Kerala trip with Aeratrip India last december and I must say it was very well organized. Kudos to Pratishtha Shukla for making this trip memorable. From driver to loc (Read More)ations to hotels all were above expectations.

1.when I reached airport the driver was not available there...,I have called in the agency they commited me that driver will reach in just 10mnts..finally he came after 55mins..and he was drunked..

A terrible experience. Front office personnel talk too many colourful things, but in reality nothing is true. i wouldnt dare to suggest their name to anyone. Our NE school trip was a nightmare.
