Good guides and transport. But they promised Grand Bukhara & Grand Samarkand or similar. Both of these are four star. Later, they mentioned different hotels. We found on reaching these were not four star and not good. The restaurant at Bukhara worked only forbreakfast. Even bed tea was not provided and not even kettle was kept in the room. Our request for change was refused. Normal?
Recently, 365 Tours organized a Nepal trip for my parents, and they had a really wonderful experience. Everything was very well coordinated and taken care of end-to-end, which made the trip smooth and (Read More) stress-free for them.
The team was supportive throughout the journey and ensured all arrangements were handled properly. There were a few minor confusions here and there, but that’s quite normal during travel and it was managed well overall.
We travelled to Bhutan with 365 Tours in March. Our overall experience was smooth and local arrangements on the ground were efficiently handled making it an enjoyable experience.
One of the two partners is Jai Shankar ji, who was recommended to me by a professor from my alma mater in Chennai.
365 tours was upfront with all the costs and the day-by-day planning of our itinerar (Read More)y. The 10-day Char Dham tour of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath with a special requested visit to Mana on the Indo- China border of the state of Uttarakand, went very much according to our plans and schedule.
Our driver demonstrated safe driving, while maneuvering the treacherous Himalayan mountains, which provided us lot of comfort, allowing us to focus on our pilgrimage.
We set aside Rs. 70K for transport up and down each mountain where cars could not reach, and private religious prayer events. The private car arrangement for my wife and I, can be recommended for any small group not wanting to use mass transit like tourist vans and buses. It will make the pilgrimage more personal and enriching.
Had a really wonderful experience with this 365 Tours while arranging a trip for my parents. Everything — from flights and hotel bookings to airport transfers and local travel — was handled smoothly a (Read More)nd professionally.
The drivers were always on time, the cars were clean and comfortable, and the hotels chosen were excellent. Most importantly, the service throughout the trip was extremely helpful and dependable, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.
