- In case of denial or rejection of VISA, refunds will be processed after deducting non-refundable payments, air-ticket cancellation charges, hotel bookings (if any), and a service charge of up to ₹10,000/-.
- In certain cases, the cancellation policy may vary depending on the terms set by the hotel or service provider. Any additional charges will be applied accordingly.
