• The company is responsible only for the services that have been paid for by the guest. Any suggested services not paid for are not the company’s responsibility.
• In unavoidable circumstances such as riots, floods, political unrest, strikes, accidents, or any natural or man-made calamities, tour programs may be changed or extended. Any additional costs must be borne by the passengers.
• No refund will be provided if a passenger leaves the tour midway due to any reason, including illness or family emergencies.
• Package confirmation requires 100% payment: 50% as an advance and the remaining amount at least 10 days before the tour date. Bookings made within 10 days of the tour date require full payment at the time of booking.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Standard check-in time is 13:00 hrs, and standard check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
• If air tickets are booked by the company and are non-refundable, 100% of the ticket amount will be deducted in case of cancellation.
• Birth certificates are required for children traveling below five years.
• Railway tickets must be booked by the traveler or through a railway agent. Air tickets should be booked early to avail early bird discounts.
• No responsibility for flight delays or cancellations.

Cancellations within 60 days before arrival will incur a 25% retention fee. Cancellations within 15 days before arrival will incur a 50% retention fee. Cancellations within 7 days before arrival will incur a 100% retention fee.
