Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Srinagar

Welcome to Srinagar – The Lake City.
On arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel.
Visit the famous Shankaracharya Temple, situated on the highest hill in Srinagar, offering panoramic views of the city.
Explore the Mughal Gardens.
Visit a handicraft shop, where you can purchase authentic Kashmiri handicrafts, including shawls, jackets, carpets, and paper mache items.
Enjoy a leisurely stroll along Dal Lake, exploring the local markets.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar

Have breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for a full-day excursion to Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold).
Enjoy the breathtaking drive and stop at scenic viewpoints.
Explore Sonamarg, situated at an altitude of 2,743 meters, the last stop of Kashmir before entering Ladakh.
The Sindh River flows through Sonamarg, making it a popular spot for trout and mahseer fishing.
Opt for a pony ride to the glacier (at your own cost) for fun in the snow and ice.
Return to Srinagar in the evening.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 Srinagar - Pahalgham - Srinagar

After breakfast, depart for Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds), located at the confluence of the Lidder River and Sheeshnag Lake.
En route, visit the Awantipura Ruins, an 1100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu, built by King Awantivarman.
Upon arrival in Pahalgam, soak in the breathtaking surroundings.
Take a short trek or a pony ride to Baisaran Valley (Mini Switzerland), a picturesque village surrounded by pine and fir forests.
Return to Srinagar in the evening.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar

After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers), known for its mesmerizing landscapes.
Experience one of the world’s best skiing and snowboarding destinations.
Explore Gulmarg Golf Course, the highest 18-hole golf course in the world.
Take a Gondola ride (at your own cost) to Apharwat Peak, offering stunning panoramic views.
Stroll through the charming European-style surroundings, a legacy from the British colonial era.
Return to Srinagar in the evening and check in to the houseboat.
Overnight stay in a houseboat on Dal Lake.

Day 5 Drop

After breakfast transfer to Srinagar Airport to board your flight with everlasting memories.

The company is responsible only for the services that have been paid for by the guest. Any suggested services not paid for are not the company’s responsibility.
In unavoidable circumstances such as riots, floods, political unrest, strikes, accidents, or any natural or man-made calamities, tour programs may be changed or extended. Any additional costs must be borne by the passengers.
No refund will be provided if a passenger leaves the tour midway due to any reason, including illness or family emergencies.
Package confirmation requires 100% payment: 50% as an advance and the remaining amount at least 10 days before the tour date. Bookings made within 10 days of the tour date require full payment at the time of booking.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Standard check-in time is 13:00 hrs, and standard check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
If air tickets are booked by the company and are non-refundable, 100% of the ticket amount will be deducted in case of cancellation.
Birth certificates are required for children traveling below five years.
Railway tickets must be booked by the traveler or through a railway agent. Air tickets should be booked early to avail early bird discounts.
No responsibility for flight delays or cancellations.

We opted for 7D and 6N package to Kashmir. My bookin id is Ga-26223. I would say violet agency folks are highly unprofessional and doesn’t know how to handle their clients without friction. Only good (Read More)thing they did was assigning a good driver Mr. Aadil. Unfortunately we were trapped with this agency as the friends family we planned to accompany us opted for this and due to unfortunate reason they were not able to make it. So we had to continue with the same agency. As the conversation with them was not smooth even before the trip i started enquiring with other agencies as well. Finally we ended Jp paying more from what was originally agreed on. Horrible experience. No peace of mind working with them. I would not suggest these guys to anyone. If you still have to go with them save all your conversation and phone recordings with them. Specifically Aliya from that agency is irresponsible and unprofessional. The owner Sharik may also need to take ownership of this. On the quality of the accommodation provided boat house food was so worst, river side inn also food was not great. Only six seasons was good but the food was so worst. So value for money is not assured. Due to the friction we had before travel with agency I didn’t call either aliya or Sharik once we reached. For payment aliya contacted me and for name sake she was enquiring of everything was good to check the pulse. And I saw one of the comment on how these guys are getting 5 star is they check the pulse of the client and only if they are happy they share the link to update. Don’t see people taking effort and writing reviews. If you could see the responses of owner for bad reviews you can gauge their professionalism. I feel pity for Aliya as she is just the mouthpiece of the owner Mr. Sharik. She pukes what he dictates. Last of all we don’t need any of these travel agencies. Unnecessary headaches and dramas. We could plan well in advance and book HOTELS’s via online itself. It would be cheaper
