Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Srinagar & Local Sightseeing
Upon arrival in Srinagar, you will be transferred to your hotel. After freshening up, explore the city's top attractions, including the Shankaracharya Temple and the famous Mughal Gardens like Cheshma-Shahi Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Shalimar Bagh. You will also visit Pari Mahal and the Botanical Gardens. Optionally, you can explore the Hazratbal Shrine. Spend time shopping for local crafts and handlooms, and indulge in traditional Kashmiri cuisine. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Srinagar.
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Tangmarg and continue towards Gulmarg, known as the "Meadow of Flowers." Enjoy the breathtaking views and consider activities such as the Gondola Cable Ride (cost not included) or horse-riding to Strawberry Valley or Maharaja Palace (cost not included). In the evening, return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.
Post-breakfast, travel to Sonmarg, meaning "Meadow of Gold," which offers a spectacular landscape of snow-capped mountains and alpine trees. Explore the Thajiwas Glacier (pony ride, cost not included) and enjoy the serene views of Harmukh Mountain and the Sind River. You can visit Zero Point, located 25 km from Sonmarg, via a union cab (cost not included). In the evening, return to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, head to Pahalgam, also known as the Valley of Shepherds. En route, stop by the Saffron Fields of Pampore and the Awantipura Ruins, an ancient 1100-year-old Vishnu temple. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, enjoy the beautiful Lidder Stream and explore the Baisaran Valley, often referred to as the Mini Switzerland of India, either on foot or by pony. Spend the night in Pahalgam.
After spending the morning in Pahalgam, return to Srinagar and check in to a traditional houseboat. Enjoy a peaceful Shikara Ride on the Dal or Nigeen Lake, where you can experience the floating market. Explore Lal Chowk for some local shopping in the city center. Dinner and overnight stay will be on the houseboat.
On your final day, after breakfast, you will be transferred to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, leaving you with beautiful memories of Kashmir.
