Arrival and Transfer to Hotel: Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet your tour manager and transfer to your hotel. Check in and take some time to settle in.
Houseboat Experience: Today, experience the famous Kashmiri houseboats, known for their beautiful local interiors. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere as you float on the serene waters.
Visit Mughal Gardens: Explore the famous Mughal Gardens of Srinagar—Cheshmashahi, Nishat, and Shalimar—each offering its own unique charm. These gardens are located along the banks of Dal Lake, in the heart of the city, and are a testament to the grandeur of Mughal architecture.
Shankaracharya Temple: Visit the Shankaracharya Temple, perched on a hillock. This sacred site offers panoramic views of the entire city, Dal Lake, and the River Jhelum.
Handloom Center Visit: En route, stop at a handloom center famous for producing Pashmina and Shahtoosh shawls, as well as carpets that are renowned worldwide.
Evening at Hotel: Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Scenic Drive to Gulmarg: After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive from Srinagar to Gulmarg via Tangmarg Road. Gulmarg is located 59 km from Srinagar at an elevation of 2,650 meters, offering breathtaking views along the way.
Gondola Ride: Upon arrival in Gulmarg, enjoy a ride on the world's highest cable car, the Gulmarg Gondola. The stunning vistas from the top will leave you in awe.
Visit to Golf Course: Spend the rest of the day exploring Gulmarg, including a visit to the renowned Golf Course. The lush green surroundings and the cool mountain air make this a perfect spot to relax.
Return to Srinagar: In the evening, return to your hotel in Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.
Drive to Pahalgam: After breakfast, transfer by car to Pahalgam, located 95 km away. The drive takes approximately 1½ hours and offers scenic views along the way.
Visit Saffron Fields and Apple Valley: En route, stop at the saffron fields of Pampore and take a photo stop at Apple Valley and the Walnut Plantations, capturing the natural beauty of the region.
Meet & Greet Session: In the evening, enjoy a short meet-and-greet session with fellow travelers before returning to your houseboat for dinner and an overnight stay.
Scenic Drive to Sonmarg: After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold." The distance of 83 km will be covered in about 2½ hours.
Explore Sonmarg: Sonmarg lies in the Sindh Valley, which is filled with flowers and surrounded by mountains. It is also the base for some interesting treks to high-altitude Himalayan lakes.
Return to Srinagar: In the evening, return to your houseboat for dinner and an overnight stay.
Departure to Srinagar Airport: After breakfast, leave for Srinagar Airport, which will take approximately 1½ hours to reach. It's time to say goodbye to your travel companions. - Sonmarg: After Sonmarg, there's a point called Zero Point, away from Sonmarg, where you can visit Thajiwas Glacier. There are activities like fish pin (underwater balloon ride), and only union cabs are allowed. Charges for union cabs are 3500/5000, negotiable.
- Gulmarg: Gondola ride is available (Ropeway). In Gondola, you will find snow and other snow-related activities. Ticket prices are fixed as per government fare, i.e., Rs 780 for the first phase and Rs 920 for the second phase.
- Pahalgam: Chandanwari, Aru Valley, and Betab Valley are accessible by union taxi only. The fare for private vehicles starts from 1250/2100, depending on the point. Baisaran is the best place to visit in Pahalgam, known for its natural beauty. It's not a snow-covered area, but the place has its charm. You can visit either by walking or horse riding. Other activities are also available.
- It's not mandatory to take ponies in Gulmarg, Sonmarg, and Pahalgam. You can visit all the major tourist spots by walking. However, if you still wish to take pony rides/sliding/rafting, etc., the rates are highly negotiable. Please bargain to your maximum.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No retention will be applicable if cancelled before 15 days of arrival date.
2. 50% retention will be applicable if cancelled between 15 to 10 days of arrival.
3. Full retention will be applicable if cancelled within 10 days of arrival.
