• Full payment must be made as per the agreed schedule.
• Booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
• Final balance to be cleared before trip commencement unless otherwise agreed.

• All charges related to payment gateways or bank transfers to be borne by the client.
• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• No refund for no-shows or unused services.

• Amendments must be requested at least 7 days before the travel date.
