- Any expenses incurred due to medical emergencies, flight cancellations, changes in flight timings, unexpected lockdowns, natural calamities, civil unrest, etc.
- Surcharges may apply on long weekends and holidays.
- Lunch and dinner are not included.
- The cab is for a specific time; once all sightseeing is finished, the cab driver will drop you at the hotel.
- The cab is not for personal use.
- Any extra sightseeing or places the traveler wishes to visit will incur additional charges as per the sightseeing.
- 5% GST is not included.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is solely at the discretion of the hotel.
- A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant will be provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
- For any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, we will process a refund, which should reach the guest within 30 days of processing.
- No refund will be processed for any complimentary activity that is not charged to the agency or guest.
- Air conditioning will not be functional in cool or hilly areas.
- Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the packages.
- If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may need to collect your luggage upon arrival at the connecting hub and re-register it while checking in for your onward journey.
- Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Pricing is based on the age of the passengers. Please ensure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers providing incorrect age details may incur penalties while traveling.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
- If your package needs to be canceled due to natural calamities, weather conditions, etc., we will strive to provide the maximum possible refund, subject to the agreements made with our trade partners/vendors.
- Our travel agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to reasons including, but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/re-routing of flights, or closure/entry restrictions at a place of visit. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds or compensation claims arising from this.
- Certain hotels may request a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out, subject to the hotel's policy.
- The booking price does not include expenses of a personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.
- Any other items not mentioned under inclusions are not included in the cost of the booking.
- The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory charges levied by hotels during New Year, Christmas, or any special occasions. We will try to communicate this while booking the package; however, we may not have this information readily available at all times.
- The cost of deviation and the cost of extending the validity of your ticket are not included.

- In case of road closures due to snow and slippery conditions, our vehicle will not be allowed to ply. As a precautionary measure, only snow jeeps or chained vehicles are permitted. These vehicles can be hired on a direct payment basis or arranged by us at an additional cost.
- During heavy rainfall or snowfall, vehicular movement may be suspended for traffic. Depending on weather conditions, roads may become blocked without notice. As such circumstances are beyond our control, we will not be liable for any such conditions. We will do whatever we can within our capacity.
- All tourists are required to carry valid photo IDs issued by any government institution.
- Some monuments or temples may be closed on specific days of the week or during festivals or royal ceremonies

Overall it was definitely a satisfying experience having a tour planned with Sun (Read More) Voyages. They suggested me an itinerary which I customised according to my choices and schedules and they gave me a perfect schedule that was well in my budget. The driver was quite flexible with schedule and allowed changes to original plan as the travel proceeded. The hotels included in the itinerary were all 3 stars and were quite good!
The food in Jaisalmer camp was little disappointing, to which they justified say (Read More)ing it was an off season and couldn’t make the arrangements well.
