Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Jaipur
  • Arrive in Jaipur and transfer to your hotel.
  • Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, is popularly known as the "Pink City" due to the pink sandstone used to construct the buildings in the old walled city.
  • After lunch, visit the city of Jaipur.
  • Among the highlights while touring Jaipur are:
    • The City Palace, an overwhelming complex of exquisite palaces, gardens, courtyards, decorative art, and carved doorways.
    • The adjacent Jantar Mantar, or Astronomical Observatory, built by the Maharaja of Jaipur in 1726. It is one of the five such astronomical wonders created by Sawai Jai Singh and continues to make accurate predictions to this day.
  • Jaipur is a shopper?s paradise, with most bazaars located in the old city offering a wide range of items to buy.
  • The evening is free for personal exploration or shopping in the colorful and bustling bazaars.
  • Overnight stay at your hotel.
  • After breakfast, proceed for a full-day city tour of Jaipur, visiting Amber Fort, located 11 km from Jaipur. This fort was the old stronghold of the Kachhwaha clan of Amber. An elephant (subject to availability; alternatively by jeep, on direct payment) will spare you the trouble of climbing up to the fortress. Once on top, stroll through the sprawling complex of courtyards and halls with a well-informed and articulate guide who will regale you with tales of yore.
  • Later, visit the City Palace and Jal Mahal of Jaipur. Highlights of the tour include the City Palace, an overwhelming complex of exquisite palaces, gardens, courtyards, decorative art, and carved doorways. Jaipur is a shopper?s paradise, with most bazaars located in the old city, offering a wide range of items to buy, from jewellery (precious and semi-precious stones and handcrafted silver) to textiles, handicrafts, and antiques.
  • The afternoon is free for personal exploration or shopping in the colorful and bustling bazaars.
  • Overnight stay at your hotel.
  • After breakfast, drive to Ranthambore.
  • Arrive in Ranthambore and transfer to your hotel.
  • The park is one of the finest tiger reserves in the country, where visitors spending a couple of nights are likely to spot the majestic Royal Bengal Tigers.
  • It covers 410 sq. km and extends from the easternmost spur of the Aravalli to the Vindhya Range.
  • Apart from tigers, you can see herds of Chital and Sambar deer, sounders of wild boar, Nilgai antelope, and Chinkara gazelles.
  • There is also a sloth bear, a few leopards, and crocodiles.
  • Extensive bird life includes spur fowl, jungle fowl, partridges, quails, crested serpent eagles, woodpeckers, and flycatchers.
  • Additionally, there are water birds like storks, ducks, and geese at the lakes and waterholes.
  • Evening Jungle Safari (on a direct payment basis) to Ranthambore National Park.
  • Overnight at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Udaipur.
  • En route, visit Chittorgarh.
  • Chittorgarh is said to have been originally built by Bhim, one of the Pandavas.
  • Though deserted now, impressive reminders of its grandeur still stand.
  • See Rana Kumbha?s Palace and Fateh Prakash Palace.
  • Visit the 37 m high Jaya Stambh (Tower of Victory) built by Rana Kumbha to commemorate his victory over the Khiljis of Malwa in 1440.
  • Also see the 22 m high Keerti Stambh or Tower of Fame, dedicated to Adinath and decorated with figures of various Jain tirthankars.
  • Later, continue driving to Udaipur.
  • Arrive in Udaipur and transfer to your hotel.
  • The rest of the day is at leisure.
  • Overnight stay at your hotel.
  • After breakfast, proceed for a half-day city tour of Udaipur, visiting the City Palace and Museum.
  • The City Palace is the largest palace complex in India, showcasing a blend of Mughal and Rajput influences.
  • Also, see the 17th-century Jagdish Temple.
  • Drive around Fatehsagar Lake.
  • Visit Sahelion ki Bari, the Garden for the Maids of Honour, an ornamental pleasure garden featuring fountains and marble kiosks.
  • Later, visit the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandir, also known as the Folk Art Museum.
  • In the evening, take a boat ride (on direct payment) on Lake Pichola, which is 4 km long and 3 km wide.
  • Lake Pichola is fringed with hills, palaces, havelis, ghats, embankments, and temples, offering spectacular views of the city.
  • Visit Jag Mandir Island, home to the exquisite Gul Mahal Pavilion.
  • The evening is free for personal exploration or shopping in the colorful and bustling bazaars.
  • Overnight stay at your hotel.
  • After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur, visiting Ranakpur en route, which is the largest Jain temple complex in India and dates back to the 15th century.
  • The main temple is dedicated to Adinath, the first Tirthankar.
  • Intricate carvings detail mythological figures, patterns, and motifs on the walls, pillars, and domes.
  • Surya Temple and other Jain temples are side attractions. (Temples open only at 12:00 PM. Leather belts, footwear, bare legs, and black clothing are not allowed.)
  • Later, continue driving to Jodhpur. Arrive at the Blue City, Jodhpur, and transfer to your hotel.
  • An oasis in the arid Thar Desert, Jodhpur is the second largest city in the state of Rajasthan.
  • Visit Sardar Bazaar and Clock Tower markets, where you can see the vegetable, spice, Indian sweets, textile, and silver markets.
  • These colorful markets, with tiny shops, dot the narrow lanes replete with woodcarvings, wrought iron, lacquer work, silver and ivory ornamentation, and leather handicrafts.
  • The evening is free to walk around in the colorful and bustling bazaars for personal exploration or shopping.
  • Overnight stay at your hotel.

After breakfast proceed for half day city tour of Jodhpur. Visit the Meherangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill. The palace apartments like Sukh Mahal, Phool Mahal, and Sheesh Mahal etc are beautifully decorated and house Jewellery, costumes, armoury, palanquins, howdahs, and other remnants of the past. See the Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II built in 1899.

 

Later drive to Jaisalmer; Arrive Jaisalmer and transfer to your hotel. The havelis, built by merchants of the 19th century, are exquisitely carved from golden-yellow sandstone and are still in beautiful condition. The fort built by Rawal Jaisal in the 12th century, stands on the 80-meter-high Trikuta hill, with beautifully carved Jain temples. The annual desert festival takes place in January and February each year and is a riot of colour and activity. Jaisalmer is also famous for its embroidery, Rajasthani mirror work, rugs, and blankets, antique, silver jewellery, and stonework and camel safaris. Evening is free to walk around in the colorful and bustling bazaars for personal exploration or shopping. Overnight stay at your Hotel.

  • After breakfast, leave for the city tour of Jaisalmer.
  • Visit the famous havelis (mansions) known for their frescoes.
  • The most elaborate and magnificent of all the Jaisalmer havelis is the Patwaon Ki Haveli, built by five Jain brothers between 1800 and 1860.
  • Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli are the other two havelis that are open to visitors.
  • Built in 1156 by the Bhatti ruler Jaisal, the fort stands atop the 80 m high Trikuta hill.
  • Within the fort complex are the beautifully carved Jain temples built between the 12th and 15th centuries.
  • The Maharawals (rulers) of Jaisalmer were devout Hindus but were tolerant of Jainism and encouraged art and religion.
  • There are seven temples in the complex: Chandraprabhu, Parasnath, Shitalnath, Sambhavnath, Shantinath, Kunthunath, and Rikhabdev Temple.
  • The temples are all connected by a series of corridors and walkways.
  • In the evening, proceed for the excursion to Sam Sand Dunes.
  • Located 42 kilometers from Jaisalmer, Sam Sand Dunes is the closest point to witness the vast sandy desert.
  • You can also see the patterns and motifs created by the shifting sands and air.
  • Moreover, Sam Sand Dunes provide an unforgettable experience of camel rides and sunset views.

  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
  • Drive to Jodhpur.
  • Arrive in Jodhpur.
  • Transfer to Jodhpur Airport or Railway Station to board your flight or train for your onward journey to the next destination.

Special Notes:
  • All package quotes mentioned above are not applicable for tours scheduled during peak season dates, long weekends, festive periods, blackout dates, or during the Diwali festival from October 18, 2025, to October 31, 2025, as well as the Christmas and New Year season from December 20, 2025, to January 4, 2026.
  • The package price does not include Gala dinner charges applicable on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
  • A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant will be provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation will be effective from the date of written acknowledgment from us.
  • Cancellation Fees: Due to contractual agreements with hotels, transporters, and other third-party vendors, cancellation fees will apply. These are calculated as a percentage of the total tour cost, based on the notice period provided before the tour start date:
    • 30 days prior to departure: 10% of the tour/service cost
    • 15 days prior to departure: 25% of the tour/service cost
    • 7 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour/service cost
    • No refund if canceled less than 48 hours before departure.
  • Special Note: The company reserves the right to modify its policies at any time, either before the departure date or during the tour.
  • Note: Confirmed bookings canceled on arrival or refusal to check-in will be treated as no-show and will incur retention charges as per hotel policy.
  • High-Season & Peak Period Bookings: For all bookings during the peak season and festive season (December 20th to January 5th), and for any dates specifically indicated as "non-refundable" or "peak" at the time of booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Cancellation After Tour Commencement: The company is unable to offer any refunds for any unused portions of the tour (including accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transportation, etc.) once the tour has commenced, for any reason whatsoever. The company may, at its sole discretion, attempt to recover amounts from suppliers, but any refund based on such recovery is not guaranteed and will be processed after deducting all administrative costs.
  • Refund Process:
    • Processing Time: All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of final approval. The refund will be issued to the original source of payment.
    • Banking Timelines: The company is not responsible for any delays in the refund being credited to your account, as these are dependent on the processing times of your bank or financial institution.
    • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that all transaction fees charged by third-party payment gateways are non-refundable.
  • Payment Policy: To confirm your travel booking, a deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days prior to the tour's commencement.
    • Booking Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking and initiate reservations with our vendors.
    • Final Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the tour start date.
    • Bookings within 15 days: For bookings made within 15 days of the tour start date, 100% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
    • Flight Booking: 100% of the total flight cost needs to be paid at the time of booking for ticket issuance.

I have a heart condition and thus had some reservations regarding the trip and food.
