Balance Payment:
100% payment must be completed 22 days prior to check-in or before hotel COD deadline, whichever is earlier.

Cancellation Policy:

• 22 Days or More Before Check-in:
  IDR 500,000 (Approx. INR 2,500) Per Booking
• 15–21 Days Before Check-in:
  50% of Total Package Cost
• 0–14 Days Before Check-in:
  100% Hotel Cost + 50% Tour Cost
• Date Changes:
  Free rescheduling up to 14 days before travel, subject to availability and fare differences.

• 15–21 days before check-in: 50% of the total package amount         
• 0–14 days before check-in: 100% Of hotel amount + 50% of the tour cost amount         
• Date changes: Free rescheduling up to 14 days before the travel date, subject to availability and any price difference
