Force Majeure Policy In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events, tour services may be modified, postponed, or canceled. Should such circumstances arise, we will make every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternatives, reschedule the tour, or process applicable refunds in accordance with supplier and service provider policies. We recommend that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected disruptions that may affect their travel plans.

To ensure smooth tour operations and secure all travel arrangements, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation, full refund of any payments made.
7–14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
No-show or same-day cancellation: 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
Any non-refundable expenses already paid to third-party suppliers (such as attraction tickets, hotels, transportation, or special arrangements) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
