Force Majeure Policy In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events, tour services may be modified, postponed, or canceled. Should such circumstances arise, we will make every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternatives, reschedule the tour, or process applicable refunds in accordance with supplier and service provider policies. We recommend that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected disruptions that may affect their travel plans.

More than 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation

• 7–14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount

 • Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount

 • No-show or unused services: No refund

 • Any refund, if applicable, will be

 processed within 7–14 business days

• Cancellation charges may vary during peak season, public holidays, and special events

 • Fast boat tickets and attraction tickets that have been issued may be non-refundable according to supplier policies

 • Any bank transfer fees or payment gateway charges are non-refundable
