Extremely disappointing experience . I booked my Maldives trip with them and Before booking, multiple assurances were given regarding the property, views, and overall experience. However, once we arri (Read More)ved, the reality was completely different.
The biggest issue was the complete lack of transparency regarding the ongoing construction and blocked views at the resort. We specifically asked about this before making the payment and were clearly told that there would be no visible construction or disturbance. After reaching here, not only was the construction visible, but every time we raised the concern, the responses and explanations kept changing.
Another major disappointment was that the complimentary photoshoot mentioned in the itinerary was not provided at all, despite it being specifically confirmed with us before arrival. This again reflects how things are promised during the sales process but not honored later.
What is even more frustrating is the poor customer support. Once the payment is made, there is practically zero accountability or genuine assistance from their team. Instead of resolving concerns, they simply keep repeating scripted responses and offering irrelevant “complimentary” services instead of addressing the actual issue.
A vacation is something people spend months planning and a significant amount of money on. Basic honesty and customer support should not be too much to expect. I am currently on the trip and have to hustle so much for getting what was mentioned in my package.
Would genuinely advise others to double-check everything independently before booking through them and not rely solely on verbal assurances given by their sales team.There team is not at all helpful after you make the payment.

I had booked a North East tour package from Thrillophilia for my travel dates from 17 May to 22 May 2026. My overall experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel quality (Read More) was not even worth one star, and there was absolutely no proper ground support during the trip.
The driver’s behavior was even worse. His name was Gagan, and he was troubling a female member of our group by calling her at around 1:30 AM. He was also sending her reels and WhatsApp messages inappropriately. Finally, another member and I had to stop him from doing this.
We informed the Thrillophilia team about this serious issue, but no proper action was taken from their side.
Anyone who does not want to go through such a third-class experience should avoid booking with Thrillophilia.
