Terms & Conditions
The company is responsible only for services paid by the guest. Any suggested or optional services not paid for will not be provided or reimbursed.

Unavoidable Circumstances
In case of natural or man-made calamities (e.g., riots, floods, accidents), if the itinerary is changed or extended, additional expenses will be borne by the guests. No refund will be provided for unused services if a guest leaves the tour mid-way due to illness, family emergencies, etc.

Reservation Policy
Confirmation is subject to receipt of 100% payment:

• 50% advance at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% at least 10 days before the tour date
• For bookings within 10 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking

Payment Policy

• 30% advance payment within 48 hours of confirmation
• 30% when demanded by hotelier
• Remaining 40% at the time of arrival
• Failure to pay on time will result in automatic cancellation without further notice

Child Policy

• 0 to 5 years: Complimentary without a bed
• 5 to 12 years: Chargeable as per extra bed policy

• If air tickets are booked through us, 100% cancellation of ticket amount applies if non-refundable
• 60 to 30 days before arrival: 25% retention of total tour cost
• 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% retention of total tour cost
• Less than 15 days / No show: 100% retention of total tour cost
