Today we will have a full day of local sightseeing that includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. Built over a period of 14 years, these gardens are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals, whose taste for exquisite gardens was fascinating. With a backdrop of the sprawling Zabarwan Mountains, the gardens boast green turfs, blooming flowers, and cascading water fountains. We will explore the gardens and later drive back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, enjoy a full day excursion to Sonmarg, which is one of the most beautiful drives from Srinagar. Sonmarg is 98 kms from Srinagar and takes about 3 hours to reach. It is the last stop of the Kashmir District, and from here starts the territory of Ladakh. Situated at an altitude of 2743 m above sea level, Sonmarg is true to its name, which means 'Meadow of Gold'. You may take a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains year-round. Return to Srinagar houseboat or hotel by the evening for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel in Srinagar and proceed to Gulmarg. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Gulmarg is one of the most beautiful resorts in the valley, located 52 kms from Srinagar. It boasts Asia's highest and longest cable car project, the Gulmarg Gondola. You can also try skiing on your own. Dinner and overnight at the Srinagar hotel.

After breakfast, check out of the hotel in Gulmarg and proceed to Pahalgam. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Pahalgam, known as the 'Village of Shepherds', offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Visit Chandanwari, Aru Valley, and Betaab Valley to enjoy the bounty of nature at Pahalgam on a direct payment basis. Dinner and overnight at the Srinagar hotel.

After breakfast, transfer by car to Srinagar Airport for departure to the next destination.
