- GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 4.1 Hotel Reservations, Check-in Policy & Liability:
- Hotel check-in/check-out time is generally 1100 hours (1 PM). Early check-in is subject to hotel discretion.
- Room allocation is based on availability. The same room category across all rooms cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed.
- The company shall not be held liable in the event that accommodations (hotels, resorts, homestays, etc.) cancel reservations from their end due to government requisition, natural calamities, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to arrange alternate accommodations of a similar category, subject to availability.
- 4.2 Baggage & Valuables:
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables at all times.
- The company or its representatives will not be liable for loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of any items in vehicles or hotels.
- 4.3 Force Majeure:
- The company is not liable for delays, changes, or expenses due to natural hazards, health emergencies, strikes, flight/train cancellations, political events, landslides, or any incident beyond its control.
- 4.5 Insurance:
- The company does not provide travel insurance.
- Clients are strongly advised to arrange their own travel insurance covering accidents, theft, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
- 4.6 Applicability:
- The package rates are applicable only for Indian citizens unless mentioned otherwise.
- 5. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
- By transferring the advance payment and confirming the booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Payment Terms, Cancellation Policy, and General Terms & Conditions stated herein.
- The client confirms that they have read and understood all clauses before confirming the package.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to us via WhatsApp or email.
- 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 25% of the tour cost will be charged.
- 14 to 7 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
- 7 to 3 days prior to departure: 75% of the tour cost will be charged.
- 2 days or no-show: 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
- These are the cancellation rules; however, we will make every effort to minimize cancellation charges.
- The token amount is non-refundable.
