Everything was perfectly fine. Except for the driver. He was very rude. We asked (Read More) him to turn on the AC for just 2 mins since there was a lot of dust outside. He replied that he can't because we were climbing the hills. He could have been better. Also, on the second last day, he left us at the Market of Manali and it was just around 7pm. He said he can't wait long. We left the hotel at 12pm. Went to the temple and then directly went to the Market. We had to return to the hotel by public transport. Else, everything was perfectly fine.

It felt more like a 3-star property in terms of facilities and overall experience. If the hotel quality matches what is promised, the experience would be even better.
