The trip was going good but in the end day The desert camp resort was horrible (Read More) We didn’t got the accommodation for last day what we were told to be given by Trippex travels Jodhani desert camp was not even a one star camp No hygiene and no safety We are a couple with a small child and that night was difficult to stay in that resort As it was night and in middle of desert so we were forced to stay in that place Whole journey was good but that last day stay has spoiled our mood We were told yo check google for this camp and checked before going But the room which was given to us and what was shown in google page was different Travel agent should thoroughly check this thing as the room was too smelly Please these things should be carefully watched as with child its becomes difficult

All the planning was really smooth, The driver was very professional and always (Read More)on time. It felt very safe to travel on road as well. The accommodations selected were very hygienic and had good service except a few shortcomings. The entire trip was very smoothly planned from airport pickup to riding around all cities. We did not have to worry about finding a good place for lunch, all local recommendations given by the driver were up to the mark. Visiting Rajasthan became a great experience thanks to Sun voyage and Sanjay Mathur.
Food and services could be better at Desert tulip and Sam sky desert camp.

I’m had originally planned to drive a package tour but was referred to Offbeat I (Read More)ndia Tours via Holidify. Prakash and the team worked with me to develop a personalised itinerary including car transport, hotels and tour guides across 16 days which we were able to iterate until we designed do the perfect itinerary. Importantly the final price including 5 Star accommodation was incredibly competitive and significantly below the price of similar itineraries with larger group tour operators. In addition we had a driver, Monu , who was absolutely exceptional and made each days drive between each of our destinations both safe, engaging and enjoyable Definitely an Agency to place high on your list
Nothing particularly

Winter is the most popular season, with cool weather and festivals. April to June gets very hot, crossing 40°C at times, but evenings by the lakes remain pleasant. July to September is monsoon, when showers fill the lakes and the city turns green, offering a romantic setting with fewer tourists.

FAQs on Udaipur Tour Packages

How many days are enough in Udaipur?

For a comprehensive visit to Udaipur and its key attractions, 2 to 3 days are usually sufficient. This timeframe allows you to explore the City Palace, Jag Mandir, Saheliyon-ki-Bari, and enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola. If you have more time, you can delve deeper into the city's cultural and historical treasures or explore nearby attractions. Udaipur's serene beauty and rich heritage can be savored within this timeframe, making it an ideal short getaway.

What is the best time to visit Udaipur?

The best time to visit Udaipur is during the winter months, from October to March. The weather during this period is pleasant, with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 25°C (50°F to 77°F). It is an ideal time for sightseeing and outdoor activities as the days are sunny and the evenings are cool. The winter season is also considered the peak tourist season in Udaipur.

Visiting Udaipur during winter allows you to explore the city's attractions comfortably without extreme heat. You can enjoy boating on Lake Pichola, visit the palaces and temples, and stroll through the streets and markets of Udaipur.

However, it's important to note that the winter months (especially December and January) can witness a higher influx of tourists, leading to more crowded tourist sites and higher hotel prices. It's advisable to make accommodation reservations in advance if you plan to visit during this period.

If you prefer avoiding the peak season crowds, you can consider visiting Udaipur during the shoulder months of October and March, when the weather is still pleasant but the tourist crowds are relatively lesser.

It's recommended to avoid the summer months (April to June) as Udaipur experiences scorching heat with temperatures exceeding 40°C (104°F). The monsoon season (July to September) brings rainfall, which can limit outdoor activities and affect sightseeing.
