Devprayag is a place of holy confluence of two sacred rivers namely Bhagirathi and Alaknanada which in turns form the most worshipped river in our country, River Ganga.
It is one of the five confluences of the Alaknanda River and laying place for origin of River Ganga. Situated 64 km from Tehri Garhwal, this place is visited by mane pilgrims throughout the year.
