Burmese Pool Taiping

Popularly known as Kolam Renang Batu Besar, the Burmese pool is a large rock pool along a stream in Taiping, Malaysia. This rock pool is quite spacious but shallow in nature. Burmese Pool is named after the natural rock pool fed by a waterfall, which continues from there as Sungai Larut. Since this pool is located in the rainforest, visitors are required to go through the Taiping Lake Gardens and search for the signboard pointing towards the Burmese Pool.

One of the most voted places for youngsters, this venue is a wonderful picnic spot. This tourist spot is rated as an ideal place for family outings.
