Kanyakumari ticket had a 4 hours queue but we don't know we can book one day earlier on online. Jadayu cable car broke down. All this happen for to miscommunication and lack of information. The tempo traveller broke down for 4 hours on the was to thekaddy and all the program were delayed. The TT driver attitude was terrible, can't speak to him as he shouts for everything. Not helpful at all, drop us far away and make us walk. Need improve in all this area. Local agent didn't look into details.
