Lamington National Park covers 20,600 hectares of World Heritage-listed rainforest on a plateau about 85km southwest of the Gold Coast. Walking tracks run from the 10.9km Box Forest Circuit up to the 23km Border Track between Binna Burra and O'Reilly's, and the tree top walk at O'Reilly's crosses suspension bridges 15 metres above the forest floor. The draw here is waterfalls, ancient beech forest and birdlife rather than beaches.
