Q. I am not able to add a review in the correct section so here it is - The best idea would be go there before 7 am when it has just opened and there are no tourists - I have done it multiple times. You will appreciate the time you get with the views, the Buddhas on the stupa and the bats calmly settling in for the day in the basement (100's of them)
