Wellington Golf Course

Wellington's golf club is one of the oldest golf clubs in south India which has a history of a century in the Nilgiris. Nestled among the scenic tea gardens and slopes of the plains it has an excellent view of the fairways. It is affiliated to some of the top-notch golf clubs across the country retailing the old world charm of the British days.

The golf club is surrounded by taxidermy, vintage weaponry and vibrant dahlias. With a backdrop of eucalyptus laden hill slopes, the sheer charm of this place would leave you spellbound.  WGC is an experience of the reminiscent of the days of the Raj, it also has other facilities such as cricket pitch, tennis court and a restaurant overlooking the lush lawns blooming with beautiful flora.

The golf course is also a popular spot for the film crew, there are some films shot at different locations of the gold club. Although the club is maintained for its members with complimentary benefits such as spa, restaurants and beverages; it can be visited by tourist just to sit and relax watching the golfers play.
