Arab League Park, Casablanca Overview

The Arab League Park is the city’s central park, often known as the “oasis of Casablanca”. It is located west of Hassan II Boulevard. Renowned for its lush greenery owing to its diverse vegetation, especially its tall palm trees, it is an excellent place for walking, jogging, reading, meditating or taking photographs. The best time to visit is early morning or around sunset when the views are exquisite.

There is also a pond within the park that features beautiful water lilies and various exotic plants. It is close to a few art galleries, restaurants, and cafes. The Arab League Park was built on land previously occupied by the Anfa Prison, whose arches remain today, on the side close to the Sacred Heart Church.
