Al Qods Mosque, Casablanca Overview
Al Qods Mosque is the only mosque built in the Gothic style of architecture in the world. It is located in Roches Noires in Casablanca. It was initially created as a church by Eugene Lendrat in 1920 but was converted into a mosque at the time of the Moroccan independence. The influence of Christianity on the mosque’s architecture is visible, and this interesting juxtaposition makes it worth a visit.
