Antalya Aquarium, Antalya Overview
Antalya Aquarium, in the city centre, holds the record for the world's longest tunnel aquarium at 131m, spread across roughly 40 thematic sections covering different seas and oceans. The attached Snow World Ice Museum recreates igloos and a House of St. Nicholas indoors, with a small cafe serving Turkish snacks.
Sharks, giant morays, octopuses, seahorses and living coral fill the main tank, with scheduled shark, koi and stingray feeding sessions worth timing a visit around. The Face2Face Wax Museum lets you pose with underwater-themed film characters, and the 8-minute OceanRide is a motion-simulator add-on rather than a real boat ride, worth knowing before buying tickets separately.
