Day 1 Paro - Thimpu
  • The flight to Paro is one of the amazing experiences while traveling to Bhutan.
  • One gets a chance to view the Himalayas and other famous mountain peaks while flying on this sector.
  • On Arrival, you will be received by our Bhutanese associate.
  • A drive to Thimphu would follow this.
  • Thimphu is the capital city of Bhutan.
  • The driving distance is 65 km, and the time taken would be approximately 2 hours.
  • Check-in at the hotel follows this.
  • In the evening, explore the local areas around the hotel.
  • Dinner at the hotel, followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.
  • After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Thimphu.
  • The half day sightseeing of Thimphu will include some of the below spots: Kuenselphodrang National Memorial, Chorten Folk Heritage Museum, Typical Bhutanese lunch at the Folk Heritage Restaurant would be a great experience.
  • Visit Sangaygang view point
  • Next Takin Reserve Centre.
  • Next Changangkha Monastery Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion)
  • After breakfast, drive to Paro.
  • On the way to Paro, visit the Tamchog Lhakhang.

  • After early morning breakfast, you will be starting a Excursion tour to Taktshang Monastery (Optional at an extra cost, not advisable for senior citizens or people with health issues).
  • Taksand Palphug Monastery, also known as Tiger's Nest, is an amazing Buddhist monastery, temple, and sacred site is located in the upper Paro town.
  • Built in 1692, Padmasambhava is believed to have meditated at this site for three years. Guru Padmasambhava is known to be the founder of the Buddhist religion in Bhutan. He is immensely respected and has a huge number of sacred followers in Bhutan.

What's Good: End to end tour plan with Hotel , food , travel . Well behaved driver . Due to rains we aere not able to explore sites however we could see alternate sites not affected due to ra (Read More)ins .. All along we got JAIN FOOD . Value for money tour ..
What's Not Good: Hotel in Amritsar could have been bit better however food in the hotel was good.. only no ventilation in Hotel. Also Hotel entry was having stairs which was not suited for is being senior citizen .

Ms Shivani our trip coordinator is very professional, supportive, under (Read More)standing, calm & well behaved person. She understands your need & desire and manage/arrange everything exactly according to your comfort. A big thanks to Ms Shivani. The entire team is very well trained & supportive. Both the hotels & the cab we were provided were very good. The cab person cum guide Mr Vicky was very caring & supportive. He took good care of us during the trip. Thanks to Mr Vicky too. If any issue occured during your trip, they fix it quickly. Highly recommend trip organiser for Himachal trips? A big thanks to entire team of Trek India Holidays?

We booked the trip to dharamshala, Dalhousie n Amritsar with country travel point coordinated by Harsha mam....iternity was good ....great coordination was done .... Except the hotel at mcleodganj all (Read More) hotels were nice....cab driver was very helpful....the trip was very nice and thanks to Harsha mam for coordinating throughout the journey

I just submitted my details and travel plan on holidify with no idea of what will happen next. But I got a call from Royal Adventure Tours that they are a Shimla based company and have got my details (Read More)from holidify and they are ready to create a customized plan as per my need. After understanding my need the company staff provided a nice plan for my tour. I and my wife enjoyed the tour very much. The staff of the company was in continuos touch with me all during my tour and was available for every help. Overall it was wonderful experience.
