Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Thimphu

Arrive at Paro International Airport.
Drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan, which takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Check into your hotel and take some time to relax after your journey.
In the evening, you can take a leisurely stroll in Thimphu and explore the city's vibrant streets.
Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 2 Thimphu Sightseeing

Enjoy a leisurely morning with breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the National Memorial Chorten, a serene and beautiful landmark.
Explore the Tashichho Dzong, an impressive fortress and the seat of the Bhutanese government.
In the afternoon, you can visit the Buddha Dordenma (Buddha Point) and enjoy the scenic views of Thimphu Valley.
In the evening, take a romantic walk along the banks of the Wang Chhu River.
Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 3 Thimphu - Punakha

After breakfast, drive to Punakha, a beautiful valley located about 2.5 to 3 hours from Thimphu.
En route, stop at Dochula Pass to enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas and take some memorable photos.
Visit Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the Temple of the Divine Madman, and receive blessings for a happy and blessed married life.
Explore Punakha Dzong, one of the most romantic and historic dzongs in Bhutan.
Overnight stay in Punakha.

Day 4 Punakha - Paro

Drive back to Paro, which takes about 3 to 4 hours.
Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred temples in Bhutan, known for its spiritual significance.
Explore Paro town and its local markets, where you can shop for traditional Bhutanese souvenirs.
You can take a romantic walk along the picturesque Paro River in the evening.

Day 5 Hike to Tiger's Nest

Embark on an early morning hike to Taktsang Monastery, also known as Tiger's Nest.
Share an intimate moment while enjoying the breathtaking views from the monastery perched on a cliff.
In the afternoon, visit the Drukgyel Dzong (ruins of a historic fortress) and the 7th-century Kila Nunnery.
Spend some quality time together amid the peaceful ambiance of Paro.

Day 6 Departure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel.
