Day 1 Arrive in Paro - Leisure Day
  • Arrive at Paro Airport and transfer to hotel in Thimphu.
  • Spend the day at leisure.
  • After breakfast, proceed to Thimphu.
  • Go for a full day sightseeing tour including visits to National Chorten, National Library, National Folk Heritage Museum, Memorial Chorten, Tashichho Dzong, Takin Zoo at Motithang, Handicraft Emporium and Choki Traditional Art School.
  • Overnight stay at Thimphu.
  • After breakfast, proceeds to Punakha.
  • En-route, cross the Dochula Pass and visit Wangdiphodrang Dzong and Punakha Dzong.
  • Overnight stay in Punakha.
  • After breakfast, continues for local sightseeing of Punakha.
  • Visit the Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten, the new temple and Talo village.
  • Overnight stay in Punakha.
  • After breakfast, spend the morning at leisure.
  • After lunch, proceed to Paro.
  • Overnight stay in Paro.
  • After breakfast, continue for Paro sightseeing.
  • Visit the Drukgyel Dzong, Ta Dzong, Kyichu Lhakhang and Rinpung Dzong.
  • At night, go to Paro market.
  • Overnight stay in Paro.
  • Post breakfast, visit Taktsang Monastery,
  • Later, drive to Chele La Pass (optional).
  • Spend the evening at leisure.
