    Very enjoyable stay and a nice hotel.
    Modern and functional. Ideally located for orchard MTR which is one of the stations with self service tickets for tourists. Lots of shops close by. The check in and check out process was very straight forward.

    Great YOTEL all in all!
    Our stay in YOTEL was great! The room was modern and everything you needed was provided. We loved the pool and the Komyuniti Cafe on the 10th floor. The staff are super accommodating with our requests.

    Nice place, very clean and comfort. I will come again to Yotel and this is 4th time already.
    Hotel location is so nice, easy to approach to bus station and MRT. For breakfast, I don't know because not include in my package.

    Room is extremely small and humid, with mossy smell..
    The rooms are EXTREMELY small so the bathroom is right next to the bed (my hand can pretty much touch the bathroom sink from my bed). So when I take a shower, the room get super HUMID. No way to open window so the whole room feels like a rain forest with mossy smell the whole night.. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at unfortunately.. And we paid $200+ USD for this?! When we checked in, the price was much lower than when we booked the room, but the hotel says they can not refund the price difference.

    Cute hotel rooms in the heart of orchard.
    Located near ion and many other malls. Walking distance to several eateries.
    Room were a bit small with limited place to hang clothes. The door to the bathroom was glass so it was not an ideal room to stay with someone who is not family.

    An overrated hotel who invests in useless robots and unnecessary tech rather than comfortable rooms
    Small cramped room with very limited lighting, and a weird bathroom that that has floor to ceiling window giving you very little privacy. If you did up the curtains to keep your privacy, the room was super dark. The room was also tiny for a queen premier. The bed was not a queen bed, just a regular double. There was little space to store anything especially suitcases so walking around the room was an obstacle course. Furthermore, their robot when using the lift stays inconveniently right in the centre of the lift making it impossible to take the lift with a robot when having luggage or a pram.
