Just dont stay here, save yourself a lot of hassle. They wont let you check in a minute before 4pm so good luck with that. The man at the front desk just handed us over the luggage room key card, didnt even ask me for my ID, not very safe/secure.. anyone could just take someones stuff whenever. When entering our room the light bulb in the lamp was smashed, the drawers were all broken, the floor wasnt vacuumed, no fire alarm installed on the wall either. Our room key didnt work each night when we got back to our room (4 nights in a row.) They werent able to put three of my seperate bookings together so I had to go check in and out multiple times during the stay, which is really unheard of for a hotel. Our first night they only gave us(3 adults) 2 full size bath towels, 1 floor mat towel and 1 face cloth - not even a hand towel. Staff is just generally rude aside from the one nice lady at the front desk with blonde hair They took a cash deposit from me and didnt even give me a receipt for it The bathrooms are designed really strangely, if youre staying with family members nobody can leave the room if someone is using the bathroom because the glass door is clear where the toilet is? There was a dumpster truck that came every morning at 5-6am that is extremely loud outside not possible to sleep through. Do not waste your money on the breakfast buffet Only ever one elevator working & its extremely slow. Carpet in the halls is gross and old. Just stay somewhere else!

I booked a suite with a king bed and two sofa beds, after checking in we saw they gave us the wrong room, then we were at the desk waiting for a front desk agent and we were waiting for almost 30 minutes we were banging on the bell and calling as well there was also an elderly couple behind us also waiting for the same time. I asked for a refund and the agent checked in the other guests first. The suit I booked was no longer available and they offered a second room no charge. The reason I booked one room with 3 beds is. Because I was traveling with two other women and we wanted to feel safe in one room. We were not able to sleep being in separate rooms. I paid almost $300 for one night Id expect the room I booked and I shouldnt be waiting 30 minutes for someone to try and resolve the issue

We had reservations for Dec 22 and check in is at 4pm. We got there at 2 am, Dec 22 and asked if we can extend our stay to include the Dec 21 in order for us to go in the room and rest after a long trip. The front desk male appeared to have an actitud and I felt rushed. He wanted to see my reservation and once I showed him, he then told me that a new reservation needed to be made for one day which I didnt have no problem. He demanded 200 cash for deposit but I didnt have it. He appeared to get upset. I payed with my credit card for the 21 and he said that I needed to be in the front desk by 11am to activate our Dec 22 reservation. He then told me that he will charge me again 200 for deposit even though we will be staying in the same room the whole time. He only took my phone number and give me a room key. I think it was nice of him to give a room far away from the party/club they have next to the lobby. Around 10 we went back to the front desk to check in again. The lady was nice.Sense we were keeping the same room until the 24 i decide to place my dirty laundry in the bag inside the waste basket sense there wasnt laundry bags available in the room. I placed the do not disturb card outside the door so the housekeeper wont enter. The hotel have signs everywhere stating that housekeeper will only enter the room on the third day. The room didnt have curtains just a basic roll down shade. The sun light filtrate the room very early in the morning and I couldnt sleep and rest longer. I left the hotel and when I came back with a laundry bag I had purchased I noticed that the housekeeper entered the room and removed the bag that I had put my dirty laundry in. I guess they thought it was trash. Not happy about that.

I didnt like the fact that I had to give a $200 deposit for room damages at check in. Also there was some sort of function near the lobby that could be heard from my room and lasted well past midnight. Then I woke up at 4:30am due to large banging sounds from the floor above me. I thought there was construction going on. I traveled up to the next floor to see if I could determine where the noise was coming from. Seems that what ever function that was going on had an after-party in the room directly above me as it sounded like there were 20+ people in the room. I notified the front desk and they said they would speak to them. They seemed to quiet down a little but then it ramped back up again a couple hours later.
