Stayed for 7 days. The room had a beautiful view of Manhattan, 15min to times square by car with out traffic. Everything was ok except a problem with some water droppings from our window on a very rainy night that was solved with extra towels to put.

They charged us the breakfast of the last day twice. One on the final receipt on check out and one more after we left the hotel and they never refund us. In addition we were charged the full amount at check in and then at check out again with all breakfasts included, that concluded with two charges simultaneously in my card. And an other 145$ charge two days after we left the hotel witch they never told us what was about and was with-drawled 15 days after. If you ever book on this hotel JUST BE CAREFUL what charges are being made.

Primarily location. Very accessible to bus and river boat. Provision for coffee and water.

A bit pricey for the days I stayed. Noises from other rooms can be heard in our room.

I like everything,stunning view at Manhattan,1-2min by ferry,very yummy cuisines in Italian restaurants,very cozy and homie,polite staff,very close to heart of Manhattan I did right when I booked this hot,I advise to everyone

Great location, the ferry is just in front of the hotel, the room was big, Manhattan is just in front of your eyes, the crew is very helpful.

The room could have been cleaner, we found a few unwanted items inside the cupboard and in the bathroom. The pool was a bit dangerous because of a misplaced cover at the bottom, I stepped into a screw. For the breakfast, you have to order from a menu and there is a limit per person. If it was self service, it would be faster and having to think about what you want to eat and what you cannot afford (or want to pay for it otherwise) is not nice, considering the prices there.

I am definitely gonna stay there next time. Everything was superb! I really liked the restaurant in the first floor. Food was indeed delicious. It is just 1 stop from Times Square.

I think Parking should be made free for Guests. $35 additional charge per night is exhorbitant

Management seems to greedy and skilled to find sneaky ways to charge extra even for the things those should be included.

Dated Decor but very clean and comfortable. One of the room air on was broken.

I had booked 3 bed rooms under one booking, they took deposit 3 times from my card rather putting a hold on one card for all. They have sneaky charge to the room for WiFi for each guest in the room . I paid at booking.com for the breakfast but very surpassingly the breakfast was not included.
