    owner tries best to cheat you. over explains everything that you are not interested into. Owner Lies, so beware. Always do promotion for taking up his cab services which are way too expensive than normal market rate.

    An excellent choice on the kashmirian lake Dal lake. An astonishing view of sun rising from our bedroom. Delicious breakfast right on time home made food tasty and healthy. Mr Ibrahim is a very polite and good host supportive and caring making our trip a dream coming true .

    We had a great time staying at the houseboat on Dal Lake. It was very clean with all required facilities. The view of the sunrise over the lake was amazing. The owner was very helpful and recommended good restaurants and places to visit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

    Location as great. The houseboat is in a corner with sweeping views of Dal lake from the rooms. The proprietor Mr. Ibrahim helped us plan our stay in Srinagar. Appreciated his support with other logistics like car rental.

    - location of house boat is amazing as it's in the corner and one gets full view of dal lake . - clean and well maintained houseboat - owner is very friendly and helpful - easy access - outstanding view - full day shopping opportunity as the shikara vendors keep crossing the house boat
