Superb

Amazing food. Clean premises just alittle work on the reception level of communication.

Clean, quiet, amazing environment for family bonding time. The proximity of the facilities was amazing.

Receptionist lack of feedback after requesting for service. Example we asked for toothbrush in the evening, and we had to remind them in the morning.

Reasonable hotel. Nice gardens.

Nice quiet location with a pretty garden backing onto a forest. Friendly reception staff and we were able to check in early at 4am in the morning for no extra charge. Good gated security into the hotel.

There was a wedding taking place at the venue and so our evening meal took 2 hours to come as the staff were so busy. I was sick the following morning and we wondered if our food had been left out too long. We had two rooms - one at the front and one at the back overlooking the garden. The room at the front was not secure as it had a broken window latch and the window just swung outwards constantly. We were also woken at 5.30am by drilling from the construction of the apartment block next door. Rooms and corridors could do with being updated.

I could not stay here due to the very dirty old carpets- musty damp environment and no AC

The staff are really nice and welcoming.

I stayed in the hotel for 20 minutes. It was dirty, very very damp, musty with no AC. I asked to cancel since my allergies got bad in 20 minutes of the musty smell. I left and stayed at Villa Rosa. I have requested a refund but have not heard back

Tolerable for a two night stay being mostly away from the hotel anyways.

The location is very good.

Pictures of the rooms are heavily edited and dont match reality. Especially bad was the condition of the bathroom. Our rooms was facing the garden where on both nights a loud party was taking place. Fortunately ear plugs helped. The service in the restaurant is extremely slow.

Nothing at all.

After reaching the hotel, we paid for our booking with cash without a preview of the room. Upon arriving our room, we have realised that room is absolutely no match to online photos. Carpet had huge holes. Shelves, nightstands and wardrobes all covered with "thick" dust! There were cracks on the wall. Bed sheets were also rather dirty. After spending 5 minutes in the room, we reported the situation of the room to reception and wanted to leave. We asked for a refund (payment minus 1 night price). Reception informed us that the refund process will take 4-7 days. It has been one and half month, with no refund whatsoever. Despite the numerous e-mails, all we received "be patient". I would highly not recommend this place, for those who are considering. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, I have never felt obliged to write a review.
