Superb

Very clean and comfortable in a good location.

Cleanliness and comfort were great, as was the location.

There was not a hand-held shower sprayer, which is unusual for a hotel in Europe. Also unusual, there was no toilet brush. The addition of those two things would have increased the satisfaction of my stay.

Disappointing

This hotel is distinctly average and I probably had the worst nights sleep due to the lopsided bed.

Location great but rest was distinctly average!!

Bed was awful- lopsided and impossible to sleep comfortably on - the difference could be measured in cms.

the location is great and the hotel is clean. staff were helpful

however the bed was a good size but not comfortable at all, also their lights in the room are too dark and not on dimmer lights so was not able to see and put on makeup there. Also disappointed that for a four star hotel the bedside furniture were all scratched and old.
