I wasnt able to stay, wrong day on the booking reservation and I was still charged
Nothing my reservation was for the wrong day in biking and they were sold out when I got there. I was charged for the wrong day as well. Terrible experience

i loved the aesthetic of the lobby.
ive never stayed at a hotel that charges you separately for wifi! the traffic noise was also not cool.

On check-in, I enquired about parking and was NOT informed that this was an additional cost!! The room was not made up daily - ALSO never communicated to us. EXTREEMLY disappointed and when raised at the desk, there was no explanation, apology at all. NOT the service I would expect.

Decent hotel in downtown. Just be aware of extra cost for parking and the ever expanding homeless population in Seattle.
The Warwick is downtown and within easy walking distance of Pike Place, Westlake Center, Amazon Spheres, etc. It has a decent lobby and a swimming pool.
This is probably more reflective of Seattle than the hotel itself, but if you need to park, it is an additional $50/day. There were multiple homeless in front of the hotel and nearby, including a man with his pants down (detoured my kids across the street). I suspect that any downtown hotel in Seattle may be similar for parking and homeless.
Our room was clean and had a great view of the city. It was a bit cold (thermostat set to 68) and you could not adjust the temperature.
