    Wonderful stay. Great way to ring in the new year !
    Wonderful location. Nice view, comfortable bed and sofa. Nice size room. Old world charm and modern at the same time.
    The elevators a bit slow and crowded. 11:00 check out very problematic!

    Great old building, giving you lots of energy to explore the city.
    Location: Great for exploring the city. Everything is walking distance. Room: Very comfortable and good size for two adults with two teenage daugthers. Beds: Double, very clean and comfortable. Rigg's Cafe: Great food, great atmosphere and great service. Value for money!
    More packing space in the room when unpacking clothes.

    Overall it was a decent stay at a unique hotel.
    The location was very ideal keeping us close to all of the sites and activities we wanted to do.
    I only requested housekeeping services once the entire stay as my daughter had become ill and this was not taken care of at all despite requesting this before housekeeping staff left for the day so I had to make a ruckus before I finally had someone come to try and clean it. But even after that, it was cleaned poorly. It was really the biggest dissatisfaction of my stay. The other issue was the limited elevators for such a large hotel. It was hard to get an elevator that wasnt already full which caused a fairly long wait or forced us to take the stairs multiple times during our stay from the 11th floor and had us walking through the service areas of the hotel.

    Location is a good advantage of this property
    The hotel is old and not clean. It needs an update. We were charged astronomical price for our stay - ~400$ a night for a room with one bed for three of us and a view on a brick wall.

    Pleasant New Year Stay Fab Location
    The Warwick is in an ideal location- close to many tourist attractions, meaning you can get many places on foot. There is a tube close by too We cant fault the cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms are dated but I liked to think of them as shabby chic rather than like Blackpool. All staff we came across was amazing especially John who greets you as you enter, he was always on hand to help with directions and places to go.
    Rooms are dated, BUT they are spotless clean. As said above Id like to think of it as Shabby Chic - this is an old hotel with character
