    A good one night experience.
    The location is on the quiter Nigeen Lake. The shikara ride to & from the Nigeen Ghat was surreal with Kashmiri songs sung by the boatman. The houseboat was comfortable - however, due to a power outage at night the heater wouldnt work & we were literally freezing. The breakfast & dinner we had were tasty & value for money. The service provided by the manager Omar & the houseboat keeper was exceptional. Have to watch out for the vendors who literally enter the houseboat to sell you their wares. Overall a good one night experience.

    Best Houseboat in entire srinagar. Do make sure you are staying in superior suite room and you wont regret it.

    Great choice for a peaceful houseboat with evening views of the mountains.
    My stay was amazing and the staff went out of their way to make sure I had a great time. The boat was beautifully made and the views from the back of the boat were perfect at sunset as there was a huge range of mountains and it's very quiet. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.
    The ad overstated what I would receive for example it said there would be a pool and hot tub and extra room, but there's none of that. I still had a great time but this was misleading.

    Overall the stay was pleasant
    Breakfast was good but the menu for lunch and dinner was same. It has to be different. The location was good
    There was no electric heater so it was very cold. Also the blankets provided by them was not very clean.

    Location, quiet place, perfect for resting and contemplating the surrounding landscape. availability of staff, good food. Boat in excellent condition. Spacious room, air conditioning
    Avoid carpet purchases. I bought one and days later when I went to see it better, I saw that it had a defect. I called them and then they told me it was used. They sold me a used rug without being told it was used. Unreliable in this matter
