The staff, pool and transport within the property were great.

Friendly staff, except when we brought complaints to them.

Accomodation was nothing like the pictures and the buildings were dilapidated. The facilities were basic and hand soap was not provided. There was no safe box, which is important as guests were bringing back people they had met on the strip. We decided to leave after one night and the staff refused us a refund, despite our experience.

Ok and wont recommend this to anyone

Staff were friendly

Very old and felt lonely with kids . Bathroom shower dont have a door and I was about to fall down . Being a double bedroom , one room was a hall itself which I could not realise in photos . Only one bathroom due to which we lost lot of time waiting for each other . I feel I deserved to have 50% refund due to poor property .

It's a cheap place to stay but could be a lot better it's a passable place to stay but only just.

Location was excellent, staff were good.

Rooms were cleaned every day although they are abit dated, the rooms could have been alot cleaner and better looked after, I paid extra for a balcony but it was closed in with perspexlots of little ants in the rooms during the day and night expect a few bites.

Very good

Room was good. Not so clean, as we expected but ok.

There is no entrance to the second Jomtien road and going to the bakery through whole territory of Villa and condo near it was inconvinied a bit.

Very good

Location was great. The staff were helpful and the rooms kept clean. The pool is nice.

There are not enough loungers around the pool. A kettle and cups would have been nice to have.

Overall a pleasant stay but there is always room for improvement

Room was pretty small as we stayed at BR. Pool was great. We were a group of 10. Location was perfect too. Inside the property is very serene. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend definitely

The staff while check in could have been a little more courteous. Language was a barrier too. Rooms could have been a tad bigger but that's not possible now. Rest all great
