The normal pillows were so hard had to use the square decorative ones. The bed was hard. The walls were dirty. The room is definitely smaller than what was advertised and the property blamed booking instead of admitting that when they took the pictures, clearly magnifying lenses were used.

Only location was close to Victoria and needs .

Shower attachments broken , Tv unable to watch arial services not working or connecting during our entire stay after reporting. Bedding old and uncomfortable textures felt unpleasant, only one pillow provided per person, and had no comfort. Bathroom so small and sink a joke in size . Far too small in any circumstance. No shelves to put anything on not even a toothbrush sink had no area whatsoever. Toiletries in use had to be placed on toilet seat when using bathroom. Totally unacceptable and uncomfortable and unhygienic to have to use that way. Everything stripped back to basic . Hotel plumbing heating moaned and groaned all the time at all hours preventing any quality sleep. No mirror sited for practical use sited behind where close where hung so a complete waste and unusable. Could go on but you get the picture. Havent attached pictures as landlords clearly are not interested in Resolving any customer needs nor have any checks in place for standards

The location wasn't the best kept awake by the trains and workmen working on train track at night it would be a trainspotters paradise of a room.

A clean but small room in a great location for Victoria stations.

The room was clean and included all that was needed such as hair dryer, kettle and soap.

Like all budget London hotels, although surface decoration was in good shape, there were some deeper issues that could be addressed. For example, cleaning the flat roof that was the main view from the window and replacing power sockets that did not firmly hold plugs and may as a result not provide an earth connection. The room was very small with almost no space. It would be better with a single bed.

It was in a convenient location

No point of having tv in the room if you cant watch it and bed wasnt very comfortable and obviously if the key to the room that you are staying in is for the front door as well that also means that anyone can get into your room as that would mean all the locks would be the same

Short stay

For short stay, just sleep snd shower it is good place. Clean and hot water. Everything what you need. Also you can leave lugagge if needed after check in.

If you have room on first floor be ready to get up early. Very thin walls and squeaky floors.
